On bike Geoff Mudge, I think the chap also on the bike is team manager Dick Bailey. The year could be either
1971 or 1972 as they used the same team both years. 
Yes I agree .  Dag, Anders and Geoff Curtis were Newcastle assets in 1970.  I believe Newcastle's license was transferred to Reading in 1971.
